By accessing or using DNSFox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
DNSFox provides:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to engage in any activity that disrupts our platform or other users.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.
